Tapasya Spices aims to bring something ‘new and different’ to kitchens.
The man behind two award-winning Indian fine-dining restaurants in Hull is launching a new venture that is hoped will create up to 200 jobs as well as shaking up the spice market across the UK and beyond.
Mukesh Tirkoti is turning up the heat in professional and domestic kitchens with his Tapasya Spices initiative.
The new business is aimed at meeting rising demand from top chefs and also from ambitious amateurs who are tackling Covid-19 by cooking at home.
